This is my favorite smoothie! Unbelievable that such an amazingly tasting green smoothie can be so healthy. You can enjoy it any time of the day. If you wish you can even sneak in a shot of your favorite rum. I won´t tell anyone ;)
RECIPE
for 1 big glass
Ingredients
1 hand full of fresh spinach (or frozen)
2 1cm slices pineapple
1/2 banana
150-200ml coconut milk
Method
Put all ingredients in a high speed blender or use a hand held blender and blend until smooth.
